Our firm coordinates all aspects of the new carrier or new plan implementation employee education including but not limited to onsite employee education and enrollment meetings.
We deliver customized enrollment solutions depending upon the specific client needs. Our Standard process is to inform, present and educate the management team and then conduct the roll out to the entire staff. along with web based solutions for out living locations and small population centers. In most circumstances, we present information regarding the carrier change to the management team, and then to the staff as a whole.In some plan implementations multiple meetings may be necessary with the same employee population which is dependent on the complexity and degree of changes to the plan platform.
Ultimately, our goal is to create an environment that fosters employee education and understanding for a smooth implementation.
- Explain the logic behind the change, the process leading up to the decision to change and when necessary provide detailed benefit, network, and administration comparisons between the new and former insurance carriers
- Describe, in detail, any differences, positive or negative, that might exist between the carriers and how those differences might impact employees and their families
- Distribute detailed instructions on how to enroll with the new carrier, who to contact from our firm with any questions or problems, and how to have any deductibles or coinsurance amounts credited by a new health insurance carrier
- Review new retirement plan offerings and fund performance along with proper asset allocation strategies to retire successfully!
